Birch Plywood BD is an interior decorative panel built from multiple thin birch veneers, giving a stable, dense core with a tight, low-void edge that machines cleanly and holds screws and fixings well. The BD face grade offers a smooth, sanded, defect-minimised surface on one side ready for clear finishing, staining or painting, making it a favourite for cabinetry and visible joinery.
Available from 6 to 24 mm in a 2440 × 1220 sheet, it suits furniture, shelving and fit-out work where a fine layered edge and a paint-ready face matter. As an interior-bonded panel it is intended for dry indoor use rather than structural or exterior applications. Cut-to-size is available, and we can deliver across Melbourne and Greater Melbourne on our own crane trucks.
